Onlyplay Launches New Hyper Play Product Line

On September 24, industry media outlet next.io reported that game supplier Onlyplay has set up a new product line internally called Hyper Play. The company has been in iGaming content for six years, previously serving as a supplier to various platforms. The new line does not chase single game launches but specifically targets game mechanics that can grow into categories—in their own words, the goal is to create their own categories and subcategories.

The head of Hyper Play is Eugene Lavrinenko, a serial entrepreneur with twelve years in the mobile and PC gaming industry. He has founded two game studios and led teams through over four hundred prototypes, several of which became international hits. This resume is rare in the iGaming content circle.

The methodology also carries obvious traces of an outsider: start with intuition, keep the pace fast, mechanics must support multiple scenarios, and it must retain players after the first round. These are fundamentals in the mobile gaming industry, and bringing them into iGaming content development is the differentiator. Onlyplay's CEO Christina Muratkina put it directly: the company has grown steadily over the years, accumulated the resources to invest in new products and teams, and the market is正好 lacking new formats.

A game supplier building its own "next-generation format" product line shows that the content line is shifting from piling up quantity to creating categories. When choosing a white-label platform solution, don't just count the thousands of existing titles in the game library. Ask instead: how often does the supplier release new mechanics, after gaming API integration, can new formats enter the site immediately, and does it require secondary development on the platform side?

Two checkpoints are very practical: first, whether what the supplier releases in a year is new mechanics or reskins; second, whether integrating new formats requires touching platform code. The former shows the quality of the content source, the latter shows the elasticity of the game product pipeline. If the answers are good, then content differentiation is worth discussing.
