On November 2, Stockholm-based CRM vendor Symplify released a new plugin called Insights. What it does can be summed up in one sentence: it merges marketing reports from three channels—email, SMS, and App Push—into the same dashboard. Campaign and automation flow data can be viewed together, with no need to export numbers from each backend one by one.
The pain point is very specific. Many operations teams use one backend for email, another for SMS, and yet another for Push. At month-end, when they want to see overall performance, they can only export reports one by one, throw them into Excel, and piece them together—and the definitions may not even line up. Insights directly uses the platform's existing data, requires no new tracking points, comes with 12 months of historical data on the day it is activated, and can automatically compare with the previous period.
The dashboard includes a one-page Account Brief that answers four questions with one click: Are messages being sent too frequently? Are automation flows worth it? Which user journey needs attention? Which day has the best send performance? The official example: one customer found that Sunday had a higher open rate and moved sends to Sunday. Chief Sales Officer Feldt-Sørensen says CRM teams most want to know how this month compares with last month, and now they can see it all on one screen. This suite is also being exhibited this week at SiGMA World in Rome, booth H4-4006.
For operators running package network platforms, the signal matters more than the product itself. The accounting for marketing retention increasingly requires seeing everything directly in the backend: which channel is driving return traffic, which automation flow is burning money for nothing—the answers should be clickable on the spot, rather than waiting for month-end table exports. When doing platform selection, it is advisable to ask two more questions: Is CRM reporting natively unified, and how far back can historical data be viewed?
Features like marketing automation are now basically standard items in package network selection, but between standard and easy to use lies the distance of one dashboard. If you want to know what your site's marketing data looks like right now, welcome to contact us and talk.
