On October 27, content provider Pragmatic Play announced a multi-brand cooperation agreement with Mexico's Logrand Entertainment Group. Two online brands under the group, Vivento.mx and Jubilee.mx, will integrate its video game catalog in one go, including signature titles such as Gates of Olympus and Sweet Bonanza, along with live dealer tables, plus Spanish-language tables made specifically for the local market and two variety tables, Gates of Olympus Roulette and Money Time.
Logrand has operated in Mexico for more than twenty years, with both offline venues and online business, and is one of the country's oldest entertainment groups. Over the past two years it has been increasing its focus on digital business, filling in content, technology, and platform piece by piece. After this deal, the content depth of its online brands rises directly to a new level.
What is worth examining is the shape of this contract: one group, two brands, multi-category packaging. For the content provider, one authorization spread across multiple sites is equivalent to pushing the marginal cost of the same content set close to zero; for the operator, one negotiation locks in all categories, which is much less troublesome than negotiating separately for each brand. Pragmatic's head of communications, McHugh, put it plainly: Mexico's regulated market is still maturing, and the opportunity is not small.
Bosses running package network platforms can compare and note three accounts. The first: whether authorization is calculated by group or by brand—multi-brand package pricing is usually more cost-effective than stacking single brands, but the number of brands is fixed in the contract, and adding sites later requires renegotiation. The second: whether categories are obtained all at once—procuring video games and live dealer tables separately means both sides need integration, while packaged inclusion greatly lowers the磨合 cost. The third: depth of localization—in this deal the Spanish-language tables are the highlight; whether a content provider entering the Spanish-speaking market has local table capacity directly determines whether players stay.
When choosing content sources for white-label package networks, multi-brand authorization has another layer of benefit: sites under the same group with different positioning can share one content interface and configure different listing lists by brand. When doing selection, write this flexibility into the requirements, and later you will save a lot of repetitive integration work.
